Shopping Centers
At Tibbs Paving, we provide a complete turnkey milling and paving solution, managing every aspect of paving your shopping center. We help with the scope, phase the project, distribute the flyers, put up signs, barricades and caution tape. We let pedestrians know where it’s safe to travel. Since 1995, we’ve handled commercial paving in the DMV tri-state area. Traveling the eastern U.S., our big-box crews have completed 100+ retail paving projects for the titans of the industry.

Apartment Complexes
We work with you to plan all of the logistics of your project. During a site visit of your property, we go over the phasing maps and devise the best plan to get your paving done with minimal disruption to your residents. We help you communicate effectively with them. To save you time, we distribute the notices and put up signage throughout your property.

HOA Communities
Before your paving project begins, we walk your site with the property manager and HOA Board. We keep you both in the loop throughout the duration of your project to make sure that everything goes smoothly. We install signage throughout your property’s entrances. Our crews are very experienced working with residents. They know how to maintain and repair your pavement efficiently, with homeowner safety and comfort in mind.

Office Parks
We pave office parks when it’s convenient for you, on the weekends. With no pedestrians or traffic on your property, we can get your project done without any disruptions to your tenants. We can mill your parking lot after hours on a Friday and start paving it early Saturday morning. Your business operations will be ready to resume Monday morning.

Warehouse Facilities
Warehouse and industrial properties need to stand up to the traffic of heavy vehicles. The pavement on these sites takes a beating from their weight and scale. When you build a new center, we generally construct loading docks 60 feet out. Depending on your needs and soil conditions, we build your pavement to last.

We’re dedicated to repairing pavement and maintaining access to public spaces so your county and municipalities can retain compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
